I paid $50,000 to have my air conditioning installed. I paid the invoice out early to help with the owners wedding. After that it took an unacceptable amount of time to complete the work. Once work was completed they sent me another invoice for which I refused to pay on the grounds that I already paid for the quoted price. Now I have a unit leaking water through my brand new roof as it wasn't installed correctly and they are not responding to my emails. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
