Must say the unfriendly service from the sales people really suck and has always sucked, You don’t know the specs between 2 vehicles and the sales guy keeps saying same as the other one, this is the mentality you have to deal with but they want sales, what a joke.
Great service, from communication to solving and fixing the problem. Will be back. Parts are expensive, but then so is everything, and they do last a long time, so worthwhile investment.
Yet another disappointing, abysmal service from Gazley VW - please go elsewhere. Note: This review is regarding the Gazley VW service side. Just bought a new car and I have to say a huge thank you to Michael & the Team at Gazleys. Michael went in on his day off so that we could collect our vehicle after plans changed on a weekend away. Owning our own business this is his family time and we are grateful. The service with the rest of the team as well was exceptional. Thanks team. And I love the car 🚘
