We recently took our car in for a service and I wanted to give a massive shout-out to Logan! We’ve previously been let down by other garages around Wellington, but from start to finish, he went the extra mile and supported me with any questions I had. He took the time to explain the service report and highlight any outcomes that we needed to be aware of. Honestly, I cannot thank him enough for ensuring our experience was nothing short of perfect. Have had multiple issues with my Mercedes GL, bought it into Gazley Mercedes and dealt with Wayne and he got it all sorted for me. Absolutely superior service and communication, cannot recommend them highly enough. Even though my main contact was Wayne, every person that I interacted with there was amazing.

Had a great experience getting my wof here the other week. Customer service was friendly and helpful, to be honest they went above and beyond and I'mvery grateful. I was quite nervous for the price but was surprised by how much it actually costs - much less than I expected.
