These people work very poorly, they let the tenants live, damaging their property. They rent a one-room apartment to two people and the tenants build more rooms, put more people in an apartment, there are about 10 of them, sorry, it's absurd. There's a lot of noise, this building is ugly, and I don't recommend it as a home.

avoid they rent apartments with infestations, no basic amenities that are in working condition and lie about having your apt reports in their system, making you wait for nothing.

Professional staff in the office. I am still waiting for an operational oven. Currently, I am unable to use the two burners in the rear left and the middle burner. The light in the oven doesn't work at all. I can use the other there burners and yes, I use those three burners. The kitchen sink faucet needs to be corked and safely secured so when running water it does not drip down into the base of the sink causing an issue that can be avoided now.
