They control the heat from the office...only fix your apartment when you call the city and they are really cheap...just remember landlord's you cant take money to the grave...the Bible says to help the people in need.

Professional staff in the office. I am still waiting for an operational oven. Currently, I am unable to use the two burners in the rear left and the middle burner. The light in the oven doesn't work at all. I can use the other there burners and yes, I use those three burners. The kitchen sink faucet needs to be corked and safely secured so when running water it does not drip down into the base of the sink causing an issue that can be avoided now. These people work very poorly, they let the tenants live, damaging their property. They rent a one-room apartment to two people and the tenants build more rooms, put more people in an apartment, there are about 10 of them, sorry, it's absurd. There's a lot of noise, this building is ugly, and I don't recommend it as a home.

THEY HIDE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. AVOID. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND NEGLECT TENANTS. INFESTATION IS SEVERE. RUN AWAY.
