Review for attic insulation attempt: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company for an attic insulation job. The crew showed up hours early to the wrong address, then returned later without a proper ladder and ended up using mine unsafely. Despite clearly stating beforehand that no work should start without a contract, none was provided, and the installers blamed the salesman. Très beau service de la part de l'équipe d'installation , souriant, drôles, ambitieux et remplit de talent. Très satisfait
Très mauvais service et le répartiteur Felix qui s’occupe des appels devrait penser à une réorientation de carrière, c’est pas une lumière!
Vente sous pression à une personne âgée de profiter de la subvention Logie Vert de 1500$ pour des travaux qu’ils ont estimé à plus de 6000$ . La maison est déjà isolée suffisamment, pas parfait mais jamais pour rentabiliser les 6 000$. La maison consomme peu d’énergie selon hydro Quebec alors il faut se poser la question, à qui les travaux seraient profitables…. ;)
Apres plusieurs tentatives d'appels et de courriels. On n'a pas eu de retour. Alors que les travaux ne sont pas complètement terminés.
