They were incredibly kind and helpful, I’d recommend this store.
Very cool space. It really feels like you get a lot more personalized attention than a lot of other optometrist’s offices or optical stores. Dr. Ah-Kiné and Mac are super personable and they don’t dress in scrubs and lab coats so there’s no risk of white-coat syndrome. Nothing feels rushed. When I dropped by to pick up my contacts they were able to squeeze me in for a quick follow-up. Gaze was a breath of fresh air, particularly the design of the space and exam rooms. Their selections of frames spanned many different styles while having someone there to give direct and honest feedback. Dr. Ah-Kine was approachable and explained things simply without overcomplicating.
Gaze Optical is absolutely the best optometrist I’ve ever been to. Everyone is kind and welcoming, and they helped me figure out that I have an eye misalignment. Nobody had ever checked before! Finding this out and getting prism glasses has literally changed my life for the better! 💖
Amazing experience today at Gaze Optical. Super thorough eye exam with the very personable Dr. Diane Ah-Kine and extraordinary customer service from Mac. She showed my son so many cool frames he had trouble choosing. Then I was surprised how reasonable their prices are compared to VisionWorks. Support an awesome small business! Now I know why they have 5.0 stars!
