I was visiting a friend in the area and had the pleasure of visiting this GEM of a studio during my time there. Every teacher had their own style that I enjoyed. I felt welcome, the studio is beautiful and huge bonus is the cold plunge and sauna sessions offered. I will be visiting my friend again in January and I’ll be sure to stop In for a couple sesh’s while I’m in Tampa! Thank you all for such a memorable yoga experience, Namaste Kenya Fort Worth, TX
I was able to bring my young daughter to Maryam for Hatha Strong, and we both loved it! I appreciate Maryam’s energy, patience, support and love in her yoga sessions. It is the perfect way to end a long week and make the weekend all the more relaxing. Thank you again!
Gaze is a wonderful studio!! Wes, Kolton, and Maryam are all incredible instructors. I have always felt welcomed and safe at this studio. My practice and well-being have improved substantially.
For perspective: I've been practicing at Gaze for a little over three years, and I'm coming up on 450 classes. This studio has been tremendously supportive to not only my physical health (flexibility, strength, balance, endurance), but also to my mental & spiritual well-being since day one. The best instructors and community. Technical yoga but with a relaxed vibe. Every teacher has their own unique style and I love all of them. Hatha, sculpt and 26+2 are the bomb. All flow classes are also incredible and INTENSE! Always time to chill and breathe, and don’t forget about Yin - the true test of stillness. They have sauna cold plunge and beautiful local art everywhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - GO GO GO!
