They have a strict cancellation policy, if you cancel after 48 hours you are gonna pay %50 of the service next time you visit and I didn't like that.
This place is ghetto, dusty, unkept & unprofessional. How do you show up to open the doors to your business late ? Crazy, you must not want this for real.
Came here for a nail appointment for my sister as it was her graduation today, come to find out the nail technician did not even show up. The owner/receptionist seemed unphased and sent us to another nail salon last minute with no remorse. I would not advise coming here for NAILS. So unbelievably unprofessional as we drove quite far to come here. Get a new nail technician.
I got a very nice haircut by Melissa. She was so friendly and did a great job with my hair!!
Staff are extremely rude I was calling about an issue I had and the lady that works at the front desk ended the phone while I was still talking very disrespectful and very unprofessional!
