If I could, I’d leave 0 stars. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing like the great customer service others seem to mention. Last year, there was an issue with the gauge on our tank. They claimed it was replaced, but it still reads 60-70% full even when the tank is completely empty. The tank itself is over 20 years old — it’s been there since March 2003 rusted, and clearly due for replacement. We called in late August 2025 to have it replaced, and we’re still waiting.
