From the very first lesson, I was so impressed with the teachers. They were warm, approachable, and made my daughter feel comfortable straight away. The lessons were well-structured but still fun, and the teacher had such a great way of keeping the kids engaged and excited to learn. My daughter made amazing progress, both in her swimming skills and in her confidence in the water. Okay, particularly for kids training and fun
Stage 1/2 .. The teachers don’t even acknowledge the kids while they’re swimming. & spend the majority of the time chatting to each other. I put my son in stage 2 and they kept in him stage 1 for 5 weeks despites me ringing every week, no communication, no compensation. Had to make a complaint because of the rudeness of the teaching assistant to my 5 year old child. Nothing changed so I haven’t renewed.
