I just had my first visit here this morning to get my door handle fixed and I wish I could give more than five stars for the service. I went to Russo's on Oak street before coming to Gaylords and Russo's gave me a ridiculous estimate for just a door handle. When I came to Gaylords, not only was Gaylord's estimate $700 cheaper (I'm not exaggerating), they had the part ordered immediately after the call, and when I came in to have it put on, they handled it in less than 15 minutes. Would recommend Gaylord’s 10/10 times. Easy to work with and the service was amazing.
Extremely please with the service here! They went above and beyond and they do amazing work. Looking at the areas they worked on, you cannot tell that anything has happened. Gaylord's has a new lifelong customer!
They did an excellent job on my truck. The owner is very kind and helpful.
They listened to our questions and were very polite. They also treated us like a real customer. They do fantastic work and it shows. They are well known for their work and came highly recommended.
