Beautiful
The hotel is awesome. The restaurants in the hotel are very expensive. Kids loved the pools and water slides The hotel is kind of in the middle of a bunch of houses and there is else around to do.
I have watched the security team chase off the Uber and Lyft drivers as I was waiting for my ride. It seems like they want to cater to the taxi companies and I don’t know about you, but I’ve seen some of these taxi cars not saying that all the Uber and Lyft cars are clean, but they are usually in much better shape. If I’m spending $500 a night for a room, I would expect more from this place. Their Food is beyond overpriced for mediocre quality.
Very nice place we went with company to have yearly trip.... kids loved the water park although it was very very hard to find tubes for the kids to have fun my 5 year old had to just hold on to me while in the river as adults seen her asking for one never once offered to give her a tube it seems all the adults had the inner tubes in the lazy river so we just got out tried to go in the pool but crouded ...we didn't get to go to the inside pool as it was getting cleaned... all in all it was very nice food was great and we all ... read more
The Gaylord Rockies is a great property but the staff and customer service leave a lot to be desired. Definitely not 5 star. Inconsistent reservation and check in instructions. Front desk staff overwhelmed with check in process. Questions about our billing was sent via their Customer service portal like process. It’s impersonal, responses are delayed, and followup questions ignored. When you call their customer service number it says to use the portal and the call disconnects.
