Very beautiful resort, nice pools, lazy river and hot tubs and the meeting rooms are excellent!
Ich bin anlässlich einer orthopädischen Konferenz für fünf Tage hier. Das Ressort ist räumlich sehr großzügig. Die Zimmer sind top. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Der Fitnessbereich ist umfangreich und ausreichend. -> sehr empfehlenswert!
We are back again because everything is always so magical and awesome at this hotel. I really did appreciate Shaq at the front desk. You brought up our luggage. He was awesome and helpful and had a great energy and communication skills. The room was spacious and gorgeous and view is amazing and if you're thinking about coming to this hotel, you should everything is great here.
Completely unacceptable treatment. Here two nights for a business conference that runs 7am-7pm. Told at checkin that I need to check out next AM "at my convenience before 3pm" to move to another room and "we realize this is a huge inconvenience and we want to make it as seamless as possible." Ok then don't let it happen. Put systems in place to prevent this. Your guests and your front desk staff are bearing the consequences of some event manager's actions. Nothing can make it seamless. The property is beautiful, the staff is all very helpful and kind, and the amenities are incredible. The Waterpark isn't one like you would compare to Great Wolf or an outdoor waterpark, but it's still great. Pool water is a good temp, lazy river and outside pool are very esthetically pleasing, tons of chairs and areas to set up for a family or a couple.
