If I could give 0 starts I would. Called to ask about information for an order we received that we have absolutely no information on and was getting screamed at by Crystal. Then she tried to gas light me by saying “calm down” when she was getting agitated about me asking questions!! So unprofessional and rude. Their “manager” Stephanie wasn’t very helpful either. This company have been exceptional well for me in my experience. Crystal & Stephanie when I called have been very customer service friendly. Back in the early 1990’s I bought from Gaylord’s in Lynwood, California. I attempted to locate them with information I had stored in my phone contact, and found they were out of business. Using a Google search I found Gaylord’s in Las Vegas, I called them expressed my issue and they came through for me. I own a 2008 Chevy Colorado pickup extended cab. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They take your money, are VERY hard to reach, nicely lie to your face when you go see them and DON’T DELIVER. Over one year still waiting… Awful!

Never answered the phone. Went to their shop, it looked pretty bleak, and was given excuses "just another couple weeks for some brackets". Well, it's been a couple of months. Thankfully my credit card company was able to cancel the charge. For those looking for a classic truck topper, I recommend CraftTek - their covers aren't fiberglass, but they pick up the phone, answer questions and shipped by topper well before their expected date they provided me!
