1/15 edit: After going out to location and "fixing" the issue twice (even though the request was for a brand new system), still had problems. Which is exactly why the request was for proposing a brand new system. Decided to go with another company who has been more than helpful and communicative and has landed themselves a very expensive project. Communication is very much lacking. Called several times and left messages just to start a work/proposal request, finally got the correct email four days later, and have had communication issues since. Have not had this experience with any other smaller electrical vendors but weird to have issues with such a reputable brand + company. Very disappointed with service so far.

I had a great experience with Gaylor Electric. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and their prices were very reasonable. They did an excellent job with the electrical work in my factory, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
