One of my family members visited this office this past week seeking helpful information and medical assistance for her illness, but instead was met with humiliation and belittlement. Dr. Norman Gaylis, who was not even her doctor, came out of nowhere and began yelling at her in front of staff members and other patients. His behavior not only made her feel unsafe but also dehumanized her. No one should ever feel that way, especially in a medical setting. Terrible experience. Dr. Norman was dismissive and made me feel judged for being sick. Instead of compassion I left feeling worse and completely unsupported. Full stop, please don't bring a loved one here

RUN FAR AWAY and do not come here. Shockingly rude front desk and phone answering staff. It will blow your mind the disrespect you will receive as a paying customer. Been a patient for a long time and I’ve finally had more than I can take
Would give zero out of zero stars if it was an option. Absolutely avoid this place like the plague! The worst most horrendous staffing team you’ve ever met. They squeeze you for money and if you have a simple question, they will never pass it along to the doctor you have to pay to come in for an appointment even if it’s an urgent question and they can’t see you for weeks.
