Our vehicle was repaired by Gayle’s, and it was a most disappointing experience. Our repair estimate was done by the shop to include the number of labor hours which was 8. The vehicle suffered minor damage (no structural or body repairs, no paint needed). I was told the repair could take as long as a week. I scheduled our repair a month in advance only to be delayed by another two weeks. After dropping off the vehicle, communication ceased (emails and phone calls).
