Front desk staff is unqualified and unprofessional very rude attitude. Was given insurance information and did not inform patient they do not take the insurance until at time of appt. Edit response to your comment: very cute to lie on a google review about your staff to try and reconcile the situation. Being I have had this insurance for over 10 years it’s not something I would have missed in our conversation. I have been seeing Dr G. Schwartz for about 35 years, longer than any of my other doctors! I’m a retired nurse and have had many back issues. She is the ‘light at the end of a tunnel.’ I trust her completely. She is kind, honest with you, and very competent. And explains what she is doing during the electrical nerve studies, and explains the results! I am lucky to have found her!
Dr Schwartz was as thorough and helpful before, during and after the nerve testing as I could possibly hope for. Her professionalism, experience and caring manner “walking me through the testing” was greatly appreciated.
