Great local Jayco dealer – I didn't know this dealer was around when I bought my 2009 travel trailer. I had an issue with it after the warranty ran out and needed a place to take it. They got me in within 2 days despite me telling them I had no plans for the unit and telling them it wasn't exactly a hurry. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – I bought my Jayco here in 2006. They installed a hitch that hit the road every time I went over a bump. The bottom of the hitch was only a few inches from the road. It damaged my safety chains and links had to be replaced. It tore up my yard and driveway getting it in and out from where I park it.
