I highly recommend Dr. Cox. He has been my dentist since the early 1980s, and he has always done excellent work. He is kind and compassionate. Most importantly, he takes time to listen to any concerns or questions I have and gives me a thorough and honest response. Dr. Cox, Marianne, and his staff are the best!
This was the worst dental experience I have ever had and clearly the one five star review was written by the owner of someone that works here. The Army sent me here because of two teeth that had cavities and needed the fillings replaced and I was non deployable and flagged until I got it fixed and this is where QTC said was the closest facility to my house and i drove over two hours to get here. Great family owned dentistry practice in Johnson City. Dr. Cox has been serving the Tri-Cities for decades and has a lifetime of experience and success. Nice location in the heart of the Northside, just off Roan St.
