The staff was very nice, very helpful.
They were very professional and went way beyond what I expected. My transport was late arriving and departing. They were awesome and understood , and were very accommodating. I highly recommend Beltone in Albany Ga. The staff there were awesome!!!
Very satisfied with Miss Jennifer Todd’s performance. Always customer service oriented. Very knowledgeable of her career. Was able to bring my wife into the Beltone family. She is very satisfied with the services offered. Very pleased with her choice of device selection. I now have my second pair with Beltone. Highly recommend. Today 16 Feb 2026, had an appointment for cleaning our hearing aids at 10:00 AM but called Beltone @ 8:30 AM to reschedule the appointment due to a funeral of a church member @ 10:00.
