Tried 3 times to call to schedule a DL appointment. Just rang and rang. Called Newcastle they answered right off and scheduled me.

This place is trash can't get your ID renewed the place is dead not one customer and they only renewe wed thu and Fri first 12 people and can schedule a appointment for a Monday a month down the road LMFAO this place needs to be put out of its misery

I dont recommend this place at all! When i went to go get my permit the first week i was told i needed another form of identification (not what i was told over the phone after trying to call them multiple times that week. They never pick up the dang phone) so i waited three weeks for it to come in the mail i called them and told me they permits from 1-5 so i show up the same day and they tell me they cant do it that day.
