"Unacceptable" and "Inefficient" to make a patient wait almost an hour for a scheduled appointment. (I was 10 mins late and gave them a courtesy call, I was given nothing for my excessive delay) My blood pressure elevated to 172/90 and I took my blood pressure 💊 prior to arriving. Respect goes both ways. Very Disappointed Today 😞 . PLM= Patient Lives Matter
Dr. Sylvain has provided excellent medical care and advice to me. I transferred my primary care to her practice. Dr. Sylvain and NP Mrs. Young both thoroughly reviewed my chart. They listened to my concerns and provided me with information that allowed me to participate in making my healthcare decisions. Dr. Sylvain has been very attentive and I trust her to help guide me to a healthier lifestyle.
Dr Sylvain is an awesome doctor. She takes her time to listen to you and discuss your issues. She has been my doctor for 7 yrs since moving here from NC. I would highly recommend her.
First appointment was wonderful. Dr. Sylvain is an excellent doctor.
