After being told I need a $5-6K repair at a place in Gloucester, I brought my car to Gaybrook for a second opinion. They did the same job, plus more, for about $3500. Never going back to the other place.
This is where I go for my inspection stickers, since the are one of the few that do inspections on Saturdays. But I was disappointed to find that they are now closed on Saturdays until April
I pulled in to get gas about 5 minutes before they closed. The lights were all on. The OPEN sign was on. I sat and waited. Nobody ever came out despite the fact that one of the employees was moving a truck in the lot when I pulled in. It takes about two minutes to fill the tank of a Genesis. Instead they shut the lights off. They never even came to tell me they were closed. Lousy service is all too common, but being rude to customers is unacceptable.
