I ordered an ice maker for my fridge, item never received, requested a refund.. I will be going to my bank tomorrow to file fraud. Never order from this company they are a scam .
Ordered over a month ago and never got my parts. Emailed several times and the finally resent them (supposedly) never got a tracking number on the second set and they never came. So I cancelled the order and now have to wait a week for my money back, it will probably never be refunded if they continue with the same practices. I do NOT recommend this company AT ALL!! They deserve 0 stars!! By the way, contacted one of their competitors and got the parts in a day and they were on the other side of the country not just one stat... read more
Ordered a part over two months ago, they said they would send a replacement and they didn't. They said they would refund me and they didn't.
Everything that others have written about this company is true. I wish that I read the reviews before ordering a part from this company. Please be aware.
