With over 26,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space on seven levels, Gay Dolphin considers itself as the 'World's Largest Gift Store'. A small sampling of their shelves details things like shark's teeth, post-cards, T-shirts, sea sponges and other interesting products. Its location on Ocean Boulevard makes it almost an impossible shop to miss since it's in the middle of everything.

If you only visit one gift store in Myrtle Beach, Gay Dolphin should definitely be the one. An incredible selection of great gifts/souvenirs for all ages and tastes, most of them at a pretty reasonable price. I always visit GD every time I'm at Myrtle. 5 stars.

This place is chock full of just about anything you want to find or may be searching for. It’s about 3 stories tall, so be prepared to walk up steps. They even have several “selfie” photo props for this of us that just can’t turn down a photo op! It’s right of the beach. Cool part of town. Store to store building and places to visit.
A must stop, be sure that you allow extra time. The multi levels are enjoyable to browse. As a long time Carolinians know, give the kids money BEFORE y'all go in. As the generations above us said, "they have a lot of pretty things." Enjoy your trip to the Carolinas and get to the Strand to visit the Gay Dolphin Gift Cove.
