I had such a great experience as a new patient with Dr. Charles Gathrop. I was seen for persistent hoarseness and was honestly so impressed with how thorough and attentive he was. I scheduled an appointment at their new Collegeville location. Several days before my appointment, I received an automated phone call confirming my appointment with the day, time and location. I arrived 25 minutes before the requested arrival time only to find the office locked. I called the number left by the automated confirmation call. Dr. Gawthrop was amazing, from working with me to avoid surgery to eventually realizing it was necessary. He supported my decisions and laid out all the options. My sinuses and adenoid removal went smoothly.

I struggled for four weeks with constant ear fullness. Every sound irritated me, and my left ear felt completely blocked.
