So change of review i took my 6 year old male cat in multiple times when he was ill and asked to do bloods to check his kidneys and I was told no need they didn't want to he was dead within the month he was my everything my soul cat. They even handed me his ashes and quickly closed the door. Would not recommend.
Staff were great and very accommodating. Very friendly,excellent service and most importantly took care of my dog
Luna was well taken care of during her procedure and did not show any signs of stress when I picked her up. All the staff were lovely to her and to me and it even came in under quote Cannot recommend Dr Tony and his team enough
Visit felt unwelcoming, receptionist hardly gave any eye contact. Not any of the staff patted my or talked to my dog, wanted to just mussel him, which shows me incompetence with identifying dog behaviours. As my do was showing no aggression what so ever. But he got his needles so that was the main thing.
Care and staff was warm and friendly More than happy to go back when the need arises
