Fantastic service, lovely people to deal with, prompt, polite, friendly and the storage units are clean, neat and tidy and secure. Thoroughly recommend.
Check out what insurance company will cover.. I was with RAA who do not cover for items damaged by rodents.. I was advised to contact the owner…. Two months in and the issue remains unresolved…. Very disappointed Clearly the pest control was inadequate…. That responsibility is on the owner of the storage facility not the person renting the space….. my insurance was adequate for any other scenario…… I can post pictures if you like of rat 💩 on my furniture & boxes and items chewed
