The receptionist is very rude the same one on the voicemail for the clinic I mean everyone has bad days but come on they messed up still charged me wouldn't give me my script for medication and she basically said not my problem so i will be going somewhere else now very unprofessional unfortunately the place has gone down hill over the past 2 years
Dr Josiah Salagaras has been deeply thorough, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and, perhaps most importantly, always feels like a safe place to share. I feel seen, heard, understood and supported and honestly couldn't ask for more.
Dr Tiong talked so much - I hardly got to explain. She pushed aside my medical concern and made me feel like I was making things up. She made my appointment run over 20 minutes and ended up charging me a double appointment - no warning of this at all. In the end she did not resolve my issue, she told me it would be best if I get a second opinion from another GP (as she did not know the answer). I was left $80 out of pocket! Please make sure your appointment does not run over 20mins if you don't want to be charged twice.
A very friendly medical clinic with great doctors. We have been attending this clinic for well over 15 years with no issues at all. It's great you can see your regular doctor promptly. Would highly recommend.
Been here recently, saw my doctor whom shall not be named. When I was in there they were dismissive about what I had to say and told me I had explained things in a very complicated way, not to sound rude but that was the only way I could explain it so tell me how what happened could have been explained in a different way.
