Dr Emad is a wonderful doctor; very attentive and extremely thorough in his medical work. The front staff are always friendly and helpful (especially Kate). There is plenty of parking and Clinical Labs are just next door for blood tests, etc. Thoroughly recommend this practice.
Local GP, the doctors here have been local GP a long time. I have used the services here for over many years. I love that they have a wall of local elderly residents that are celebrated for living 90+ years old. Certain doctors at this practice are very hard to book appointments with and need to rely on cancelations to be seen earlier. Booked appointments generally are running late. Reception staff can be hit and miss, and could use with a review of mannerisms or form of customer service training. Has improved over time but ... read more
Went there with multiple health issues. Treated like a drug addict due to needing certain medications. Went through the complaints process that they repeatedly speak of in all their 1 star reviews. Left and will never go back due to how I was made to feel.

Overall the clinic is fine, but Dr Tiong really needs to reevaluate the way she cares. Today me and my partner attended an appointment that was delayed over an hour, and once we had begun our appointment we had started to discuss the ailments that we are facing that could turn quite nasty if ignored, Dr Tiong continued to severely play down the severity of said illness, going as far to outright deny my partners condition despite it being known on record, and then proceeding to give dirty looks after.
