A sincere thank you to Nat at Gawler Medical for her consistently warm and welcoming manner. Whether in person or over the phone, she always demonstrates genuine enthusiasm and professionalism in her role.
The clinic itself is fine if you're there in person, but their processes are very outdated and very expensive. $96 for an appointment of less than 5 minutes, spend longer in the waiting room than with the doctor. No telephone consult options, online booking options only for some doctors. Reception staff, whilst not their fault re the way the clinic runs, aren't very empathetic.

The receptionist is very rude the same one on the voicemail for the clinic I mean everyone has bad days but come on they messed up still charged me wouldn't give me my script for medication and she basically said not my problem so i will be going somewhere else now very unprofessional unfortunately the place has gone down hill over the past 2 years
Dr Josiah Salagaras has been deeply thorough, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and, perhaps most importantly, always feels like a safe place to share. I feel seen, heard, understood and supported and honestly couldn't ask for more.
