Mr. Kelly is an amazing family attorney. His experience and knowledge has helped my family tremendously. His firm was professional and responsive. I would recommend him for anyone going through a high conflict divorce or custody battle. He was worth every penny!
Do not recommend, hired through marble law. Gawayne didn’t properly prepare for hearing and was essentially clueless on the outlined parenting plan. Then hired at a flat rate out side of Marble Gawayne agreed on a flat rate retainer, verbally agreeing to meeting deadlines that were very important to me. Only too later be told he wants an additional 3k to appear for hearing, stating the retainer had been used up via basic communication all without provided detailed receipt of these said communications that ultimately were a r... read more
