No star. 5/4. Disrespectful rude. Looking out for the money not patients health and well being. You can go to your own doctor than get a refer to a doctor that take workman Comp. Stay out of these places. He won't heal you. I walk out of his office s broken person and in pain. He yelled at me.
Dr Gavalk is completely oblivious to the hisbpatients needs. Refuses pain management, does not explain anything and takes a wait and see approach! Horrible Dr and he should not be treating anyone
Dr Gavlack poor listener I tell him my problem he tells me how I feel and how my pain is no problem just go back to work even if surgeon has a different opinion I feel he is a bias doctor.
