This company is amazing! I am a tough customer with very high expectations. I appreciate this companies good communication and great customer skills. We had Gavlak replace our Heat Source Pump (geothermal heat/cool system) which is an expensive and unique piece of equipment. Our service technician Josh kept us updated and remained dedicated to producing an amazing product. He made himself available to us until the job was done, this really decreased our stress. Warning! This company is bad news all around. We were given an "estimate/ work order" and left without services after we were told we would have them by the end of the week. We had no toilet, no sinks and we had to call multiple times to get them to show up. They left work unfinished, were extremely rude and told us they couldn't finish the work because the person assigned to the job was "too big". They didn’t get a building permit to repair my furnace flue, installed it improperly and it failed the county building inspection. They billed me 14.5 hours including several hours of labor for two employees to order online parts. Gavlak/Jared Langley sent a second invoice and charged me an additional $500 when I requested a detailed breakdown of the bill. They placed a mechanical lien on my home and sent me to collections prior to settling the dispute.
