0 star. Horrible service! Try to set up a consultation with them regarding my roof. Sent them an email with the documents they needed. Did not receive a response. Called to follow up and the guy told me they responded via email. Checked all the folders in my email and nothing. Only email I see is my email to them. I called back asked for them to resend it, he refused and just kept saying to check my emails again and hung up on me.
Gaviota did a great job with my claim. They are very knowledgeable and able to work with the adjusters and insurance company. I was able to get my flat rubber roof replaced and building siding replaced. They made the process so easy and did a fantastic job. I am very happy with the work that was done and I highly recommend this company for any storm damage.
Gaviota did great work on our roof and garage. Excellent communication from the start of project to the end. They guarantee their work for 5 years. Highly recommend.
