The was my first time using my insurance with Methodist and I was getting an annual exam. Everything is handled mostly online but you still have to sign into a kiosk upon arrival. The young ladies at the desk don’t even bother to look up and acknowledge your presence let alone ask to help. One receptionist finally checked me in after my not wanting to provide a photo. Dr. Gavino is so nice and friendly. She helps me to understand my health issues and I am very appreciated.

Great first time visit with Dr Gavino, Her bed side manner is so comforting and assuring to keep you in a relaxed state while taking to her and getting to let her know about your health conditions. She definitely takes her time to listen and ask questions., Update 04/18/26 Dr Gavino, has the patience of an angel, she very confident in her abilities to help make your health better and give more freedom from having to take so many medications. Highly recommend her.
