I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Van Staden. He is incredibly kind, compassionate, and truly dedicated to his patients’ well-being. Dr. Gavin is the best provided that I've ever been seen by and the best in the area. After a handful of providers that I've had of the past 3 years I finally feel like I am being heard. He is very informative, helpful, professional and efficient. Even his team and front office goes above and beyond. Can't thank them enough. 1000/10
Horrible experience and dishonest facility. Absolutely no compassion. I left numerous messages regarding the untruthful comments on my chart and they disregard your phone calls. I strongly suggest not waisting your time or money on this unprofessional practice.
The doctor is great, but I need an appointment to see him. I need to make an appointment, thinks I. So I call to make an appointment…day, after day, after day. Twice Monday, no one answered; twice Tuesday no one answered; twice Wednesday no one answered; thrice Thursday, and big surprise, no one answered. Why have a clinic if you can’t pick up the phone?
