We are new to this country and not good in English. He is willing to explain everything in detail to us, very patient and helpful. He solved the problems of our exhaust fans, showed us the right items to buy, and reminded us the size of the oven. His help relieve a lot if our stress and pressure. Deeply appreciate his help, and highly recommend!
