Tom was amazing to deal with. Our boat/motor was hit while towing and had to deal with the other person's insurance in Sept. 2025. Tom took care of everything through 2+ months of back and forth with them while keeping our boat at Gavin Marine. He got them to cover a new motor and got the boat all put back together quickly after the insurance finally paid. Would definitely recommend!
Why be in business if you don't work on engines
2nd day into a 10 day vacation I break a trim line. Even though it's Sunday afternoon I text Tom to see if Gavin stocks the part. Tom promptly texted me back and they don't stock it but he thinks he might have a used part. Monday morning he texted me at 8am, yes he has a used line. Fit perfect and more than fair price! Couldn't ask for better customer service than Gavin Marine offers! Thanks Tom!
These guys are great, accommodating and helpful. It's a 50 mile drive for me, and our local marina is about 2 miles. I'll be spending my money here, for my boating needs from now on.
