Throughout the whole process due to several extending circumstances, including COVID he stuck by me. He showed professionalism and compassion throughout the whole ordeal. He showed perseverance and diligence to settle the case and achieving a good settlement. Gavin Flynn law office cares about me and my legal issues. They're prompt in responding to questions that arise, and they spell out their contract in simple terms for the everyday person. If I have a personal injury case, I would bring it to this firm in a heartbeat.
Gavin seemed to be a nice, caring, and knowledgeable lawyer. However, I paid the "insurance check" fee and never received an update on the result. I asked for an invoice almost a year ago and was promised that the office person(DeAndra) will provide this. Nothing of yet. So frustrated and disappointed at the level of communication and non-exist admin process for a law firm. Do not recommend.
