Gavin sold me a property in the first half of 2022. I found him to be very unprofessional (including handing me the keys days before settlement took place) and therefore I gave him a 1 star review of 6 words that simply said "Not recommended for purchasing of property". Gavin lied about numerous things during the purchasing process.
