Paul Dalton is the rudest and most unprofessional real estate agent I've ever dealt with let alone just enquired on a property about an inspection. Blunt and just stated the fact that they just had it open which not everyone would know right? No follow up, no information as to whether more inspects would arise or what the owners stance on it was. Not interested anymore and will not buy anything through this agency. Gavin sold me a property in the first half of 2022. I found him to be very unprofessional (including handing me the keys days before settlement took place) and therefore I gave him a 1 star review of 6 words that simply said "Not recommended for purchasing of property". Gavin lied about numerous things during the purchasing process.
