Dr. Gavin gave helpful answers to my questions and explained how to get the best possible hearing in several situations. Mr. Gavin adjusted my hearing aids promptly. They were both professional and courteous.
It seemed that my 91 year old mother received a very thorough diagnosis. Everything was explained to her and she was asked if she had any additional concerns.
