Beware this company does not pay his contractors and takes homeowners money and doesn’t complete job! He wrote my company a 18K Hot check back at the beginning of May and still has not paid!! He will try and convince you on signing a contract and hires subcontractors and never pays them. He also refuses to complete job for homeowner which homeowner has payed him and walks of the job! Great working with Anibal and Gavian Enterprises. He explains all of the work very clearly and his team has been fantastic to work with. They did a great job on our landcaping, flower beds, sprinklers, and back deck. I appreciate him and his team following up with any pending items post-work. Would totally recommend to anyone in the area!
Did outdoor kitchen, composite decking, artificial turf, landscaping/design and lighting with gavian enterprises and they really did fantastic job! Very responsive, detail oriented and I am completely satisfied with ALL their work! Would use them again and recommend without hesitation!!!
