Terrible angry owner and very angry boss let emotion come in the way of business success. New owner in 2016 destined to fail, yells at 20 year employees that they are useless. Terrible quality work atmosphere. No job security. These guys won't be here in ten years with the management, they walk off the workplace and go home all day and comes back right when everyone should be off at the end.
