The company technicians came to our house, gave us an estimate of the work and the price, and after having our approoval, performed the job. We were very pleased with the results. "The cleaning itself probably took around an hour and they literally worked a miracle. they got every stain out of my carpet and there were a ton. My carpet literally looks brand new. After they finished cleaning, they warned me that there was a chance that some of the stains could ""resurface"" but it has been 2 weeks and none of them have. "
