Dr. Alford was very professional and knowledgeable. She was super sweet to my cat and dog, taking care to evaluate everything. My fur babies enjoyed a nice treat during examination and the whole experience seemed to be less stressful for them and me than i expected!

As a new customer, I was really amazed at how much time not only the vet but her staff interacted with my puppy before and during the appointment. He became totally comfortable throughout the appointment. Follow ups were done in a very timely manner. Definitely a very good experience.
