Travis is fast, honest, and fair. I am very happy with my service from Gauthiers. Other shops tried to quote me to do a million other fixes and run my bill up, and Travis was very transparent and honest with his work.

Was referred to Travis by our insurance agent. Took our 2018 Toyota 4 Runner in due to AC not working. Dropped it off Tuesday night (you can drop off after hours). He called first thing Wednesday morning with what needed to be done. He ordered the part and had it fixed that afternoon. The owner is really nice! I just came in for a check engine light and he was friendly and personable. He told me exactly what was wrong and what his plan was if he were to fix it. I asked a price range and it sounded reasonable! This place is my new permanent repair shop I’ll be going to. Really nice guy and reasonable.
