2024: Fast, friendly, submitted my warranty claim. Will use again! Thank-you! Edit: 2025 called to have my blow motor repaired was told they couldn't make a warranty claim (it is still under warranty), last year in 2024 you did. Then said well labor and the call isnt included, which I understand. Then said well we wouldn't be able to get the part anyways. Huh, very confusing. Assuming they must not want the job. Unfortunately, editing my experience/review and calling elsewhere.
Great company. Showed up on time went the extra mile to make sure we had a/c installed on very hot day. Highly recommend.
Brandon came today for my routine service on my two Mitsubishi units. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. The units look like new when he is done and have worked flawlessly since installation. Gauthiers is great to work with and Brandon is the best!
