Best repair facility around. Fairfields if garbage, Townsend Ford is terrible, their labor rates are higher than 12 hippies. Gauthiers gets it done. Fair rates, they know your name, they bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule, and their technicians are excellent. Extremely fair, reliable, and (MOST IMPORTANTLY) - HONEST! I can’t rate this place high enough.

Staff was very accommodating when I had an emergency (tailpipe separating in the middle) on my way through their area in my ancient rusted-out sedan; they were super-busy at the time, but they still promptly attended to me, caringly took the time to assist me in getting out of my dilemma (they pried out the pipe's rusted-off stump-end from inside the muffler's inlet-collar, trimmed away a few inches from the rotted end of the pipe, welded in a replacement pipe-section that they cut from an old tailpipe they had lying around,... read more
