On February 5, 2026 I had an appointment with Dr. Guatam, I waited for this appointment date in order to see Dr. Guatam., This was a first time patient appointment and I wanted to be seen by the physician. When I arrived they requested a urine sample, took my vitals and I waited. I was seen by the PA. She was nice and friendly. I was told Dr. Guatam was gone for the day. I’ve been going to this office for over 5 years, and since switching from my previous doctor, I finally feel heard and truly cared for.
New lady is awful.
This is the 3rd and final time this doctor has insulted my sister. She has an eating disorder and today, she weighs a normal healthy weight of 145 at 5”4 and today the first words out of his mouth were you need to lay off the snacks. She has struggled with her weight for a long time and today, she hasn’t eaten in 3 days after struggling through a recent episode. They lie to you. They say they can't write prescriptions to Walmart because they don't have a contract with them, that is a lie. Walmart doesn't require a physician to have a contract to issue prescriptions at their pharmacies I goggled it then called Walmart corporate who confirmed.
