I would highly recommend avoiding this doctor at all costs. This office is an absolute joke. (Reception is nice) Not only is the doctor incapable of diagnosing illnesses AT ALL, but they also waste your time and money with endless and pointless tests. Even with an appointment with the specific doctor the doctor was changed without any prior notice, leaving me to explain my entire medical history to someone new, therefore they just pass you to someone else. Dr was in a hurry to get me out of the office kept cutting expectations of questions asked by him after a 45 minute wait receptionist called me asking if i was going to my appointment while I had been sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes would not recommend this doctor for he has too many patients and believe is in it for the $$$ driving vary expensive vehicles
3rd time I have to ask to get my rx. I go to Dr Gautam because I need medicine. He tells me I am getting an rx, but it never makes it to pharmacy. So I call and leave a message to get my script. No return phone call. I go to Dr Gautams office. Office tells me doctor did not give me meds. I told her I have thrush and doctor told me he is giving me rx. She said doc never gave me a script and she will call him. WHY DO I HAVE TO FIGHT FOR MY MEDS?
