Dr. Gause is a five-star orthopedic surgeon. I have had back problems and nerve pain for many years. Rather than jump to recommending surgery, he referred me to a pain management physician and told me I do not need further surgery. I think it is excellent medicine when a provider acknowledges that other specialty providers, focusing on other aspects of your condition, will be more of a help to you. Staff is excellent, easy to make an appointment, no wait time, office and doctor very friendly, a lot of time spent explaining .
Dr. Paul Gause is an excellent surgeon with a great bed side manner. I like that he believes in minimally invasive surgery. He placed a coflex between L4 and L5. I am out of pain and able to walk the day after surgery.
Dr Gause operated on me twice. First was to add more fusion in my neck, and the second was a 9 hour surgery on my spine. Since he had to connect rods to my existing rods (L2 down to S1), it was a rather complicated surgery. He fused my spine from T10 down to connect at L2. My recovery was so much easier than my Previous surgery by a world renowned surgeon. Dr Gause is an outstanding surgeon who earned my highest regard!!
