I have never been so disappointed in a service driven business. The level of incompetence is unacceptable for a 3rd world provider. I have sat in Charles office through 3 locations, 2 wives, 4 different receptionists and my forms STILL haven't arrived via fax in S.C. Now hesh asking me for more information to do it all over again. Bull to the ish! I really hope he pulls it together.
